Cancelation & refund policy

We at SOC Service Pvt. Ltd. follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website or mobile Application –www.socspl.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SOCSPL. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your Service, we will accept returns within 7 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

1. All Service items should be returned if not taken service, Please note, if the service is purchased from any of our telephonic booking – they cannot be returned via our online store.

2. Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund.

Mode on refund:

In case of cancel the service customer to be acknowledge via call or email.

Cancelation:

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.

An order cannot be cancelled once the services have been delivered to you.

Refunds:

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. once the returned service is received by SOCSPL. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used.

For refund against cash on delivery order, user should be request for cancel the booking
