Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  1. Customers can cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. If the cancellation is made after the technician has been dispatched, no refund will be provided.
  3. In case of service delays or unavailability of technicians, customers may request a reschedule or a full refund.

2. Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@socspl.com with complete booking details.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days through the original payment method.
  3. SOC Services Private Limited (Service On Clap) is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  1. Services that have already been availed or completed are non-refundable.
  2. Any service where parts or accessories have been installed or replaced is non-refundable.
  3. Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.

4. Partial Refunds

  1. In cases where only part of the service has been completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of SOC Services Private Limited (Service On Clap).
